Dr. Mia Frails is a native of Augusta, GA. She moved to Nashville, TN in 2006 with her 4 year old son Jes Landon and fiance' Jimmie Johnson.  Dr. Frails has been practicing chiropractic since 2002 and in that time period has seen many lives changed.

Dr. Frails passion for chiropractic started in college.  She always wanted to be a doctor but wanted to seek an alternative route.  She knew in her heart there were other ways to heal the body besides drugs and surgery. Growing up with severe asthma and other health problems, she knew what it was like to take medicine over and over again.  She wants to help people by giving them choices. Choices she didn't have.  With Dr. Frails, you know you have a doctor that is always providing the best treatment known for your condition.

Dr. Ila Foster experienced severe back pain while working a summer job and decided to give chiropractic a try. She was amazed with her results and decided chiropractic was the career path she wanted to follow.

Over the years, Dr. Foster has received extensive advance training. She is also a member of many professional organizations nationally and locally. Dr. Foster’s mission is to make sure every patient receives the best care. She is also passionate about your long term health. With her, you know you have a doctor that’s concerned about their entire well being.
